What You’ll Be Doing:
- Start each day at our SE Edmonton office and head out on routes with your team
- Arrive at customer locations and deliver a professional, friendly first impression
- Assess the job and provide customers with an on-the-spot price estimate
- Confidently explain pricing, answer questions, and overcome objections to close the sale
- Safely remove junk from homes and businesses
- Load, transport, recycle, donate, or dispose of items responsibly
- Represent the brand with energy, integrity, and a winning attitude

What We're Looking For:
- 19+ years old (insurance requirement)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)

- Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow

Responsibilities

You will travel to customer locations to assess junk removal needs, provide price estimates, and close sales on-site. Additionally, you will be responsible for safely loading, transporting, and disposing of items while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 19 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. You must be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and possess a positive, coachable, and competitive mindset.
