We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our Integrated Marketing team. In this role, you will serve as the Single Point of Accountability (SPA) for cross-functional marketing program execution, unifying marketing planning, creative production, and performance monitoring & optimization. You’ll be responsible for drafting clear creative briefs, managing end-to-end asset workflows, and executing multi-channel marketing programs that support campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and other high-impact programs across the US, Canada and Australia.
You will leverage your analytical mindset to analyze reporting dashboards, track campaign metrics, and extract actionable insights to optimize marketing ROI. reporting to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, you will ensure programs run seamlessly in a fast-paced environment through cross-collaboration, while supporting evolving strategic focus areas like customer segmentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Marketing Program Execution & Asset Management
- Serve as the Single Point of Accountability to align cross-functional teams, project leads, creative teams, and external stakeholders across campaign cycles.
- Draft clear briefs and manage end-to-end asset requests for all marketing programs
- Coordinate the creative brief, asset workflow, and cross-functional requirements for integrated marketing programs to drive predictable execution, hit key deadlines, and achieve planned outcomes.
- Support with adhoc marketing requests and support as needed
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor, track, and analyze performance data to optimize active campaigns and maximize overall marketing output.
- Report on program performance, communicating key outcomes and learnings to internal stakeholders and leadership.
Technical Stack & Tool Proficiency
- Project & Workflow Management: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Trello) to track asset requests, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Hands-on experience with web and campaign analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4/GA4, Looker, or Tableau) to analyze performance metrics and pull campaign reports.
- Creative & Asset Collaboration: Working familiarity with design and asset review tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud) to review spec dimensions, leave markup feedback, and manage digital asset libraries.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in campaign execution, marketing operations, or partnership marketing
- Project Management & Brief Writing: Proven ability to translate campaign goals into structured, accurate creative briefs and manage complex asset request queues without missing deadlines.
- Digital Channel Expertise: Proven experience planning, executing, and optimizing multiple digital marketing channels such as Search, Social, Display, and Video while leveraging industry best practices
- Analytical Mindset: Experience working with marketing metrics, pulling performance reports, and distilling raw data into actionable takeaways for stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills - able to navigate strict channel formatting, varied ad dimensions, and multi-region deployment nuances (US/Canada).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to align creative teams, sales leaders, and external partners.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities; able to pivot quickly between large-scale partner initiatives and nimble tactical campaigns.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $66,000 to $82,000
(The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity.)
