Our corporate teams support key functions such as finance, human resources, marketing, and operations, allowing clinics to focus on their core business.

About the Role

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for centralized accounts payable processing for a network of dental clinics across the country. In this role, you will be a key point of contact between clinics, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring payments are accurate, efficient, and made on time.

You will play an important role in managing exceptions, resolving issues, and driving continuous process improvement in an evolving, automation-focused environment. This role calls for someone rigorous, organized, and collaborative, who can thrive in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

What You’ll Do

Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time
Communicate with clinics and internal teams to obtain required approvals and information
Monitor accounts payable processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and payment quality
Communicate with vendors for account follow-up and to resolve discrepancies
Manage exceptions and support the resolution of payment-related issues
Participate in month-end activities (vendor reconciliations, standardized journal entries, etc.)
Contribute to the processing of employee, patient, and credit card reimbursements
Perform vendor reconciliations according to established timelines
Actively participate in continuous improvement and automation of AP processes (including OCR/AI)
Support a centralized, efficient, and data-driven AP function
Perform other related duties as required

What You Bring

Fluent in French, with working proficiency in English required for regular communication with clinics, vendors, and team members located outside Quebec, where English is the primary language of communication
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable
Excellent proficiency in Excel (advanced level)
Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization is a significant asset
Familiarity with process automation (OCR, AI tools, or ERP systems) is an asset
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to collaborate and build relationships in a multi-stakeholder environment
Strong rigor, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving
Ability to work autonomously and proactively
Experience with MS Business Central is an asset

À propos du rôle

Le ou la Coordonnateur(trice) des comptes fournisseurs est responsable du traitement centralisé des comptes fournisseurs pour un réseau de cliniques dentaires réparties à travers le pays. Dans ce rôle, vous serez un point de liaison clé entre les cliniques, les fournisseurs et les équipes internes afin d’assurer des paiements précis, efficaces et effectués dans les délais.

Vous jouerez un rôle important dans la gestion des exceptions, la résolution de problèmes et l’amélioration continue des processus dans un environnement en transformation et axé sur l’automatisation. Ce poste requiert une personne rigoureuse, organisée et collaborative, capable d’évoluer dans un environnement dynamique multi-sites.

Ce que vous ferez

Traiter les factures et paiements fournisseurs de manière précise et dans les délais
Assurer la communication avec les cliniques et équipes internes pour obtenir les validations et informations requises
Suivre les processus de comptes fournisseurs afin d’assurer efficacité, conformité et qualité des paiements
Communiquer avec les fournisseurs pour le suivi des comptes et la résolution des écarts
Gérer les exceptions et soutenir la résolution de problématiques liées aux paiements
Participer aux activités de fin de mois (rapprochements fournisseurs, écritures standardisées, etc.)
Contribuer au traitement des remboursements employés, patients et cartes de crédit
Effectuer les rapprochements fournisseurs selon les échéanciers établis
Participer activement à l’amélioration continue et à l’automatisation des processus AP (incluant OCR / IA)
Soutenir une fonction AP centralisée, efficace et basée sur les données
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe selon les besoins

Ce que vous apportez

Maîtrise du français, avec une connaissance fonctionnelle de l’anglais requise pour communiquer régulièrement avec des cliniques, des fournisseurs et des membres de l’équipe situés à l’extérieur du Québec, où l’anglais est la langue principale de communication
Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en comptes fournisseurs
Excellente maîtrise d’Excel (niveau avancé)
Expérience en amélioration de processus et en optimisation de flux de travail, un atout important
Familiarité avec l’automatisation des processus (OCR, outils IA ou ERP), un atout
Solides compétences en communication et service à la clientèle
Capacité à collaborer et à bâtir des relations dans un environnement multi-intervenants
Forte rigueur, sens de l’organisation et souci du détail
Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique
