About 123Dentist
At 123Dentist, we are one of Canada’s largest and fastest-growing dental support organizations, supporting more than 500 clinics and 10,000 team members across the country. Our Talent Acquisition team plays a key role in enabling that growth by attracting and hiring top talent across our clinic network.
About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead full-cycle recruitment of certified dental assistants (CDAs) across our network of clinics.
This role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic partnership, requiring someone who can manage high-volume hiring while building strong relationships with clinic leaders and driving proactive sourcing strategies. You’ll operate as a trusted partner to the business, supporting clinic hiring needs while helping to strengthen recruitment practices and processes.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of roles, primarily certified dental assistants (CDAs), from intake through to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to develop strategic hiring plans aligned with business needs
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing for hard-to-fill roles
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS and recruitment tools
- Deliver a strong candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and attract talent
- Represent 123Dentist in person at career fairs, campus events, and dental assisting programs to build talent pipelines and attract new graduates
- Ensure compliance with employment standards and internal hiring practices
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and candidate selection
- Partner with HR and Payroll to support smooth onboarding and hiring processes
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, workflows, and efficiency
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in healthcare, dental, or professional services
- Experience supporting multi-site or regional hiring environments
- Strong sourcing capabilities, including direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement
- Experience using ATS and HRIS systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
- High level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to travel occasionally to attend in-person recruitment events
You bring a proactive and practical approach to recruitment, with the ability to manage both volume and complexity across multiple markets. You’re comfortable working closely with operational stakeholders, building relationships, and adapting your approach to meet the needs of different clinics and regions. You take ownership of your work, move with urgency, and focus on delivering consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes.
Why Join 123Dentist?
- Be part of a high-growth national organization
- Own recruitment of certified dental assistants (CDAs) across a growing clinic network
- Opportunity to shape and improve recruitment strategies and processes
