Position Overview

123Loadboard is seeking a Systems Integration Lead to manage and support our growing ecosystem of third-party integrations, API partners, and technical onboarding initiatives.

This role serves as the primary technical point of contact for integration partners and works closely with Product, Development, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, support, and ongoing maintenance of integrations. The successful candidate will combine strong software development knowledge with excellent communication, troubleshooting, documentation, and project coordination skills.

123Loadboard est à la recherche d’un responsable de l’intégration des systèmes afin de gérer et de soutenir son écosystème croissant d’intégrations de tiers, de partenaires API et d’initiatives d’intégration technique.

Ce rôle constitue le principal point de contact technique pour les partenaires d’intégration et travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Produit, Développement, Opérations et Succès client afin d’assurer l’intégration, la mise en œuvre, le soutien et la maintenance continue des intégrations. La personne retenue combinera de solides connaissances en développement logiciel avec d’excellentes compétences en communication, en dépannage, en documentation et en coordination de projets.

Le responsable de l’intégration des systèmes prendra en charge l’ensemble du cycle de vie des intégrations, depuis le premier échange avec les partenaires jusqu’au lancement en production, tout en contribuant à améliorer l’expérience des partenaires, la documentation technique et les processus d’intégration.

Principales responsabilités

Gestion des intégrations de tiers

Agir comme principal point de contact technique pour les partenaires d’intégration.
Gérer le cycle de vie complet des intégrations, de la demande initiale jusqu’au déploiement en production.
Suivre et coordonner les demandes d’intégration, les mises en œuvre actives et les activités d’accueil.
Coordonner les activités internes et externes nécessaires au lancement réussi des intégrations.
Participer aux réunions, démonstrations et discussions techniques avec les partenaires d’intégration.
Résoudre les problèmes d’intégration et fournir des conseils sur la mise en œuvre des API, l’authentification et les flux d’échange de données.
Tenir à jour les dossiers des intégrations actives, en attente et terminées.
Produire et tenir à jour les rapports, indicateurs et mises à jour d’état liés aux intégrations pour les parties prenantes internes.

Développement logiciel et soutien de l’écosystème des développeurs

Participer aux revues de code dans plusieurs applications et services.
Contribuer à la planification technique, à la conception de solutions et aux activités d’estimation de projets.
Soutenir les initiatives de développement liées aux API, aux intégrations, à l’infrastructure et aux services de plateforme.
Collaborer avec les membres de l’équipe au dépannage, aux enquêtes et à la résolution de problèmes techniques.
Fournir des conseils techniques et du mentorat aux développeurs et aux autres membres de l’équipe.
Soutenir et maintenir les offres d’API externes de l’entreprise ainsi que les programmes d’intégration.
Aider les équipes internes et les partenaires externes à répondre aux questions liées aux fonctionnalités API, aux flux de travail d’intégration et aux capacités de la plateforme.

Documentation et amélioration des processus

Maintenir, améliorer et enrichir la documentation technique ainsi que les ressources destinées aux développeurs.
Documenter les procédures internes et les pratiques exemplaires liées à l’accueil des partenaires et à la gestion des intégrations.
Contribuer au développement et à la maintenance des bases de connaissances internes et des wikis techniques.
Repérer les occasions d’améliorer l’efficacité, la cohérence et l’évolutivité des processus d’intégration.

Qualifications Requises

Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel, en intégration de systèmes, en soutien API ou dans un rôle technique connexe.
Expérience de travail avec les API RESTful et les services Web.
Solides compétences en dépannage et en résolution de problèmes.
Expérience avec les systèmes de contrôle de code source, comme Git, et les pratiques modernes de développement logiciel.
Capacité de communiquer efficacement avec des parties prenantes techniques et non techniques.
Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
Expérience de travail directe avec des clients, des partenaires ou des parties prenantes techniques externes.
(facultatif) Expérience avec les technologies C# et .NET.
(facultatif) Connaissance d’OAuth, d’OpenID Connect et des normes d’authentification API.

Documentation & Process Improvement

Maintain, improve, and expand technical documentation and developer resources.
Document internal procedures and best practices related to partner onboarding and integration management.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability of integration processes.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, API support, or a related technical role.
Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with source control systems (Git) and modern software development practices.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
Experience working directly with customers, partners, or external technical stakeholders.
