About 1Click Energy Solutions

1Click Energy Solutions is Canada's leading home electrification company helping homeowners transition to energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions. We work with homeowners to deliver heat pump installations and home energy upgrades across Newfoundland and Labrador.

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Attendant to support our daily operations in Corner Brook. This role is essential to keeping our inventory organized, ensuring technicians have the materials they need, and helping our installation teams operate efficiently.

About The Role

The Warehouse Attendant will be responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing equipment, tools, and materials used for heat pump installations and service work. You will work closely with technicians, contractors, and the operations team to ensure materials are available, inventory is accurate, and warehouse activities run smoothly.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment where priorities can change throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify that deliveries match purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, including heat pumps, installation materials, electrical supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Prepare and stage materials for upcoming installations and service appointments.
  • Coordinate the distribution and pickup of materials by technicians and installation contractors.
  • Track inventory levels, identify low-stock items, and communicate replenishment needs to management.
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and safely moving equipment and materials.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
  • Monitor tools and equipment, helping ensure items are accounted for and properly stored.
  • Assist with returns, warranty items, and the organization of unused or surplus materials.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping and receiving, or material-handling experience is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle equipment and materials safely.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using inventory tracking systems.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technicians, contractors, and management.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to identify problems and take initiative.
  • Valid driver's licence is an asset.

Experience in HVAC, construction, electrical, plumbing, or building supplies is considered an asset but is not required. Familiarity with heat pumps and installation materials is a plus.

Forklift certification is an asset; willingness to obtain certification may also be considered.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation based on experience.
  • Full-time employment with a growing company.
  • A supportive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Opportunities to learn about heat pumps, HVAC equipment, and home electrification.
  • Opportunities for professional development and advancement as the company grows.
  • A hands-on role that directly supports the success of our field teams and customers.

Who We're Looking For

We want someone who takes pride in keeping things organized and understands the importance of having the right equipment and materials ready when our technicians need them. The ideal candidate is dependable, resourceful, safety-conscious, and willing to take ownership of warehouse operations.

If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a growing team, we encourage you to apply to join 1Click Energy Solutions!
