Sample & Asset Management Coordinator
Pay Rate: $42/hour

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Sample & Asset Management Coordinator to support product sample management, photography production, and digital content delivery. This role involves coordinating inventory, tracking project timelines, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support marketing campaigns and online product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the intake, organization, and tracking of high-volume seasonal product samples.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including product details, sample status, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate sample requests, shipments, returns, and distribution for photoshoots and marketing initiatives.
- Manage sample room organization, inventory reconciliation, and seasonal transitions.
- Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Product Development, and Digital teams to coordinate sample and photography requirements.
- Track photography schedules, product content deliverables, and asset readiness to meet launch deadlines.
- Maintain project trackers, shot lists, and product documentation.
- Identify delays, follow up on outstanding items, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support post-production activities, including product identification, asset organization, and retouching coordination.
- Recommend process improvements to streamline inventory tracking and production workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in sample management, marketing operations, production coordination, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Experience with inventory tracking, product samples, photography coordination, or creative production.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Experience in retail, apparel, fashion, or consumer goods is an asset.
- Familiarity with Centric PLM or similar inventory/product management systems is an asset.
