Senior Business Systems Analyst (SAP Finance)
- Location: Oshawa, Ontario
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Work Schedule: Day Shift
- Travel: 3days Oniste
- Education: 4-year university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience
- Security Clearance Needed:: Must be in Canada for last 5 years
Key Requirements – Must Have
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, finance, or SAP Finance.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance modules, including configuration.
- End-to-end knowledge of finance processes: R2R (Record-to-Report), P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
- Experience with SAP Finance solution design, business process optimization, and configuration.
- Ability to gather business requirements, conduct stakeholder workshops, and translate requirements into functional specifications and designs.
- Experience with functional testing, test script development, defect management, and regression testing.
- Experience supporting the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and production support.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
