Our Toronto-based client is hiring a SAP Test Lead to lead QA and testing activities supporting the implementation and transition of existing SAP MM and WM business processes from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. It would be a 12-month contract opportunity starting in November.
Must Have
- 10+ years of experience in software/SAP testing, with significant experience in a QA Lead or Test Lead role.
- Considerable experience leading testing for SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- SAP QA testing experience with SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, WM/EWM in ECC and S/4HANA
- Strong experience validating integration between SAP EWM/WM and S/4HANA modules, including MM, SD, FI/CO, Funds Management and other upstream/downstream applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Coordinate testing across SAP S/4HANA/ECC and integrated third-party applications.
- Review business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs to ensure adequate test coverage.
- Develop and review test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and expected results.
- Manage test execution, defect identification, prioritization, triage, retesting, and closure.
- Lead daily/weekly defect review and QA status meetings with business and technical stakeholders.
