Our Toronto-based client is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for a 6-month onsite contract opportunity.
Must Haves:
- Experience leading and facilitating workshops to elicit, review, document, and confirm business requirements, business process reengineering, business models, business rules, and user interface design
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to break down complex business requirements into manageable deliverables
- Experience creating user stories and supporting UX, functional, and technical designs within iterative development cycles
- Experience on medium to large-sized projects as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
- Experience with enterprise business architecture concepts and aligning recommended technologies with OPS standards
- Experience developing business cases from start to finish
- Strong documentation skills, including reports, reviews, and assessments
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements
