Our Toronto-based client is hiring a Senior Project Manager / Release Management Consultant for a 6-month hybrid contract, with a possible 6-month extension.
Must Haves:
- Minimum 7 years of experience delivering IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions in large, complex enterprise environments
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including configuration, customization, administration, and ITSM implementation
- Extensive Release Management experience, including release planning, scheduling, governance, risk assessments, dependency management, and deployment coordination
- Experience implementing ServiceNow Digital Product Release Management (DPRM) or equivalent Release Management solutions
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Change Management, CMDB, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM best practices, ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and reporting
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification

Requirements

Candidates must have extensive release management experience, knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow workflows and tools, experience with DPRM or an equivalent solution and related integrations, and a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
