Our Toronto-based client is hiring a Systems Testing/QA Specialist – Senior for a 6-month onsite contract opportunity in Toronto, ON. The candidate must work onsite 5 days a week..
Must Haves:
- 10+ years of software testing experience in enterprise-level IT environments and large-scale systems.
- Strong hands-on experience in manual testing, with exposure to automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall testing methodologies.
- Extensive experience with AODA testing and compliance.
- Experience developing test strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
- Experience with end-to-end, functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
- Knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium or Postman and performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Strong SQL and database testing skills, with knowledge of SQL Server and/or Oracle.
