Requisition Title: RQ11543 - UX Designer - Senior 

Location: Toronto (5 days onsite) 

Duration: 12 months 

Working Hours: 7.25 

Job Description

Must Have 

· Relevant experience creating GUI designs based on user interaction and performance.

· Experience as a UX designer, interactive designer, UI designer, or similar role, designing for web and mobile applications.

· Ability to define and lead UX projects and design workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholder, business users.

· Experience with Figma, Canva and similar tools.

· Demonstrated effectiveness in working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA specialists, and business stakeholders, to achieve common project goals.

· Prior OPS/Public sector exp.

· Exp with Ontario Service Design.

· Exp with UI/UX would be ideal (wireframing, Surveys, Questionaires, consultation, research).

Responsibilities

Create GUI and UX designs for web and mobile applications based on user interaction and performance. Lead UX projects, workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions while collaborating with developers, QA specialists, business users, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience in UX, interactive, or UI design for web and mobile applications, including wireframing, research, surveys, questionnaires, and consultation. Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Ontario Service Design, and public-sector or Ontario Public Service work is required or strongly preferred, along with effective cross-functional collaboration.
