Our Toronto-based client is hiring a Senior UX Designer for an 11-month onsite contract, with a strong focus on service design rather than traditional UI/UX design.
Must Haves:
- Experience leading design for complex transactional services.
- Experience developing user journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction specifications.
- Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- Experience translating user research findings into implementable designs.
- Strong user research, usability testing, and design validation experience.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
