What We Need

A specialist Lead Developer who extends Unreal Engine's Gauntlet framework and makes sure a green result actually means the build is good. You're deeply fluent in Unreal Engine internals and plugin architecture, leading a small team from the front, coding alongside them, not reviewing from a distance.

Required Skills

Deep expertise in Unreal Engine and C++, with 5+ years of hands-on experience across engine versions.
Direct experience with Unreal's Gauntlet automation framework, Unreal's Functional Testing framework, or a comparable engine-level test automation system.
Proven experience leading a small engineering team, including code review, mentoring engineers as they ramp up on deep engine-level systems, and delivering value against a roadmap.
Strong communication of complex technical solutions across audiences.
