ROLE OBJECTIVES

As a hands-on leader and brand ambassador for 3 Brasseurs, the Restaurant Manager promotes the company’s vision by placing beer culture at the heart of operational priorities and the guest experience. In partnership with the General Manager, the Manager is responsible for team management and dining room service, mobilizing, developing, and supporting team members daily to guarantee strict compliance with brand standards as well as food safety and hygiene regulations. Working in close collaboration with management, they optimize guest satisfaction and leverage the microbrewery concept as a key differentiator, positioning the restaurant as a destination of choice for both guests and employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Operations Management

Floor Presence: Maintain maximum presence on the floor during service periods to coach dining room teams, ensure smooth service flow, oversee the atmosphere, and follow up directly with guests.
Team Alignment: Lead daily pre- and post-shift meetings (briefings and debriefings) as needed. Participate in weekly management meetings and collaborate with the General Manager to prepare activity reports.
Scheduling & Administration: Assist in planning and optimizing work schedules to achieve productivity targets, while ensuring sound daily management of cash drawers, timesheets (payroll), and online ordering platforms.
Quality & Maintenance: Implement and enforce action plans resulting from internal and external audits. Oversee routine maintenance, strict cleanliness, and the general upkeep of the dining room and service areas.
Marketing Execution: Actively participate in deploying local and national marketing strategies within the restaurant and drive team engagement to maximize their success.

Beer & Microbrewery

Culture Promotion: Embody and promote the beer culture and the unique 3 Brasseurs concept to both the team and guests to drive sales and foster loyalty.
Service Standards: Guarantee excellence in beer service (pouring standards, cleanliness, glassware) on the floor and provide continuous training to front-of-house staff.

Human Resources

Health and Safety: Rigorously apply human resources policies and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) standards and hygiene rules by all staff.
Recruitment and Training: Participate in the recruitment process, handle the onboarding, integration, and continuous training of new employees, and act as a coach to the team to develop future talent.

Financial Performance

KPI Tracking: Monitor daily financial ratios (labor cost, food cost, and beer cost) and implement action plans established with the General Manager to optimize revenue and control expenses.
Administrative Rigor: Maximize the use of management software and guarantee the accuracy of operational financial data (inventory counts, cash balancing, invoice management).

EXPERIENCE

1–2 years or more of management experience in the restaurant industry.
Experience in a microbrewery environment is an asset.

SKILLS REQUIRED

OBJECTIFS DU RÔLE

En tant que leader de terrain et ambassadeur ou ambassadrice de la marque 3 Brasseurs, le gérant ou la gérante de restaurant met de l’avant la vision de l’entreprise en plaçant la culture bière au cœur des priorités opérationnelles et de l'expérience client. En collaboration avec le Directeur, le ou la gérante est responsable de la gestion d'équipe et du service en salle à manger, il ou elle mobilise, développe et accompagne ses collaborateurs au quotidien pour garantir le respect rigoureux des normes de l'enseigne ainsi que des règles de salubrité et de sécurité alimentaire. En étroite collaboration avec la direction, il ou elle optimise la satisfaction de la clientèle et fait de la microbrasserie un facteur de différenciation, positionnant ainsi le restaurant comme une destination de choix tant pour les clients que pour les employés.

RESPONSABILITÉS ET TÂCHES

Gestion des opérations

Assurer une présence maximale sur le plancher pendant les services afin d'encadrer les équipes en salle à manger, garantir la fluidité du service, veiller à l'atmosphère et réaliser des suivis auprès de la clientèle.
Animer au besoin quotidiennement les réunions de début et de fin de quart (briefings et debriefings). Participer aux rencontres de gestion hebdomadaires et collaborer à la préparation des rapports d'activité en collaboration avec le Directeur.
Collaborer à la planification et à l'optimisation des horaires de travail afin d’atteindre les objectifs de productivité, tout en assurant la saine gestion quotidienne des caisses, des feuilles de temps (paie) et des plateformes de commande en ligne.
Appliquer et faire respecter les plans d'action découlant des audits internes et externes. Veiller à l'entretien courant, à la propreté rigoureuse et au maintien général de la salle à manger et des aires de service.
Participer activement au déploiement des stratégies de marketing locales et nationales au sein du restaurant et stimuler l'engagement de l'équipe pour en maximiser le succès.

Bière & microbrasserie

Promotion de la culture : Incarner et promouvoir la culture bière et le concept unique des 3 Brasseurs auprès de son équipe et de la clientèle afin de stimuler les ventes et de favoriser la fidélisation.
Normes de service : Garantir l'excellence du service de la bière (standards de tirage, propreté, verrerie) sur le plancher et former continuellement le personnel de salle à cet effet.

Ressources humaines

Santé et sécurité : Appliquer rigoureusement les politiques de ressources humaines et veiller au respect des normes de santé et sécurité au travail (SST) ainsi que des règles d'hygiène par l'ensemble du personnel.
Recrutement et formation : Participer au processus de recrutement, assurer l'accueil, l'intégration et la formation continue des nouveaux employés, et agir comme entraîneur (coach) auprès de l'équipe pour développer la relève.

Performance financière

Suivi des indicateurs : Suivre les ratios financiers au quotidien (coût de main-d'œuvre, coût des aliments et de la bière) et appliquer les plans d'action établis avec le directeur pour optimiser le chiffre d'affaires et contrôler les dépenses.
Rigueur administrative : Maximiser l'utilisation des logiciels de gestion et garantir l'exactitude des données financières opérationnelles (prises d'inventaires, balancements de caisses, gestion de la facturation).

EXPÉRIENCE

1-2 ans ou plus d’expérience en gestion dans le secteur de la restauration.
Expérience dans un milieu de microbrasserie un atout.
