Participate in proposals, client presentations and business development initiatives.
Work with senior leadership to expand the building science and building envelope practice.
Contribute to business planning, project profitability and long-term growth strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

Ideally 10+ years of relevant building science or building envelope engineering experience; exceptional candidates with 8-9 years will be considered.
Professional engineering registration and the ability to independently review and stamp engineering work in Alberta.
Degree in engineering or a related discipline.
Strong experience in building science, building envelope systems, rehabilitation, restoration and/or new construction.
Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing engineering projects.
Established client relationship management and business development capabilities.
Experience in commercial, institutional, government or light industrial projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

This is more than a traditional engineering management position. It offers the opportunity to help build a business within an established organization.

The successful candidate will have the support of an experienced leadership team while enjoying meaningful responsibility for technical delivery, team development, client relationships and business growth.

For an ambitious building science or building envelope professional looking to take the next step into senior leadership, this represents an opportunity to build something lasting.
