Talent & Culture Coordinator

Join the 360.Agency team! We’re experts in creating web and marketing solutions designed for Canadian automotive dealers.

Are you looking to grow your career in Human Resources through a versatile role where you can gain exposure to multiple aspects of the employee experience? Are you organized, resourceful, and just as comfortable working with people as you are making sure administrative processes run smoothly?

Reporting to the Director, Talent & Culture, you will play a key role in day-to-day HR operations and employee support, while also contributing to recruitment, employee experience, and various HR projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Administration & Employee Support

Coordinate administrative activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including new hires, employee changes, internal moves, and departures;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR information;
Respond to day-to-day employee questions and provide support with HR-related requests;
Support the administration of group insurance and other employee benefit programs;
Prepare various HR documents, including employment letters, confirmations, changes to employment conditions, and other administrative documentation;
Collaborate with the Finance team on payroll preparation and follow-up;
Manage various administrative follow-ups and help ensure HR processes are accurate and consistently applied;
Contribute to the improvement and documentation of HR processes, policies, and tools.

Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate recruitment processes for various positions;
Post job opportunities and source candidates as needed;
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the different stages of the recruitment process with hiring managers;
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience;
Prepare employment offers and coordinate pre-employment activities;
Support the onboarding and integration of new employees.

Employee Experience & Culture

Actively contribute to creating a positive employee experience and bringing 360.Agency’s culture to life;
Help organize social activities, internal events, and employee engagement initiatives;
Participate in initiatives related to recognition, well-being, and the overall employee experience;
Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives aimed at continuously improving the workplace.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

1–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, HR coordination, or recruitment;
Education in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field;
Bilingual in French and English;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Ability to manage multiple priorities and files simultaneously;
Autonomous, resourceful, and proactive;
Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information;
Strong proficiency with technology and Google Workspace;
Experience with an HRIS or payroll system is an asset;
Recruitment experience is an asset.

RESPONSABILITÉS

Administration RH et service aux employés

Assurer le suivi administratif du cycle de vie des employés : embauche, changements au dossier, mouvements internes et départs;
Maintenir les dossiers employés et les informations RH à jour;
Répondre aux questions courantes des employés et les accompagner dans leurs demandes RH;
Participer à l’administration des assurances collectives et autres programmes d’avantages sociaux;
Préparer différents documents RH : lettres d’emploi, confirmations, changements de conditions, documents administratifs, etc.;
Collaborer avec l’équipe des finances dans la préparation et le suivi de la paie;
Effectuer différents suivis administratifs et assurer la rigueur des processus RH;
Participer à l’amélioration et à la documentation des processus, politiques et outils RH.

Recrutement et intégration

Coordonner les processus de recrutement pour différents postes;
Publier les offres d’emploi et effectuer la recherche de candidats lorsque nécessaire;
Effectuer les premières entrevues et coordonner les différentes étapes avec les gestionnaires;
Assurer une expérience candidat professionnelle et humaine;
Préparer les offres d’emploi et coordonner les étapes préembauche;
Participer à l’accueil et à l’intégration des nouveaux employés;

Expérience employé et culture

Contribuer activement à créer une expérience employé positive et à faire vivre la culture de 360.Agency;
Participer à l’organisation d’activités sociales, événements internes et initiatives d’engagement;
Participer à différentes initiatives liées à la reconnaissance, au bien-être et à l’expérience employé;
Collaborer à différents projets RH et initiatives visant à améliorer l’environnement de travail.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

1 à 3 années d’expérience dans un rôle en ressources humaines, coordination RH ou recrutement;
Formation en ressources humaines, relations industrielles, administration ou domaine connexe;
Bilinguisme français et anglais;
Excellentes capacités d’organisation et souci du détail;
Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers et priorités simultanément;
Autonomie, débrouillardise et sens de l’initiative;
Bon jugement et discrétion dans le traitement d’informations confidentielles;
Bonne maîtrise des outils technologiques et de la Suite Google;
Expérience avec un SIRH/HRIS ou un système de paie, un atout;
Expérience en recrutement, un atout.
