You know how to open doors, earn trust, and close business. Now bring those skills to a company building the next chapter of automotive technology.
At 360.Agency, we help Canadian automotive and powersports dealerships turn technology into better business results. Our solutions span websites, e-commerce, and CRM-Desking, and our ambitions keep growing as AI opens up new possibilities.
We’re looking for a Territory Manager who sees an opportunity, starts the conversation, and knows how to turn clients' challenges into a compelling reason to buy.
WHY 360.AGENCY? WHY NOW?There’s a business to grow, and a future to help build. You’ll bring our solutions to more dealerships while helping existing clients discover what else they can achieve. The conversations you have in the field will help inform where we go next.
THE OPPORTUNITYReporting to the Regional Director of Sales, you’ll grow our Southern Ontario business by winning new clients and expanding existing accounts. You’ll work directly with dealership leaders and own the sales process - from the first conversation to the close.
Expect approximately 70% of your time on the road visiting dealerships and 30% working from home. A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle are required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Win new business. Prospect dealerships, connect with decision-makers, and close opportunities that grow recurring revenue.
- Grow your accounts. Build lasting relationships, review client performance, and identify opportunities to expand their use of our solutions.
- Make the value clear. Run discovery conversations and tailored demonstrations that connect product capabilities to business results.
- Run your territory. Prioritize opportunities, manage your pipeline in Salesforce, and keep your forecasts accurate.
- Help shape what’s next. Bring customer feedback and competitive insights to our product and leadership teams.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in SaaS or technology.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience using a CRM, ideally Salesforce, to manage your pipeline, track sales activity, and forecast revenue.
- The ability to generate opportunities and move them through to close.
- Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- The discipline to manage your territory independently and the curiosity to keep improving.
- An interest in technology, AI, and how they can solve business problems.
Automotive industry experience is an asset. If you know how to sell technology and are ready to learn the dealership business, we want to hear from you.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?- A base salary plus commission that rewards the business you win and grow.
- The freedom to run your territory, build your strategy, and take ownership of your results.
- The opportunity to build your sales career as 360.Agency expands into the next chapter of automotive technology and AI.
- Access to product and leadership teams, with a voice in how our solutions evolve.
- A shot at President’s Club, where we recognize our top sales performers.
- Yearly trips to our Montreal HQ for fresh ideas, stronger connections, and celebrating wins together.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family.
Ready to build relationships, win business, and help move automotive retail forward? Let’s talk.
