About the role
You'll help ensure channel partners receive accurate and timely support for their co-operative advertising and market development fund claims. By processing claims and pre-approvals with precision, you'll contribute to high-quality customer experiences.
No prior experience is required and experience of managing claims and policies is highly beneficial.
This is an existing vacancy.
What you'll do
Claim Processing
- Review and process co-op advertising claims and pre-approvals
- Calculate claim values using client procedures and compliance guidelines
- Scan and upload pre-approval and claim documentation as needed
- Review different types of advertising for compliance
Customer Support
- Handle written and verbal communication professionally and promptly
- Maintain high-quality standards and meet individual KPIs
- Be proactive in problem solving and apply policies consistently
Programme Expertise
- Develop deep knowledge of co-op advertising policies, procedures and programmes
- Apply policies and procedures accurately and consistently
- Enter claims into the platform accurately
What you'll bring
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to apply logic to ambiguous situations
- Comfortable working with percentages and calculations
