36Pix, the world’s largest green screen extraction service provider, has specialized in school photography capture and development for over 25 years. The studio works with more than 800 schools across Canada. Our approach is based on professional photography, a stress free experience for students, and guaranteed quality.

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and detail oriented printing clerks to support our production team. The selected candidate will play a key role in preparing, supplying, and finishing photo products, ensuring quality and smooth operations within the printing department.

Duties and Responsibilities

Supply printing machines with required materials
Feed equipment with printed products (automatic collators, punchers, cutters, folders, etc.)
Assist operators during machine start up and adjustments according to established procedures
Participate in the production of calendars and other photo products
Operate various finishing machines (assemble, glue, cut, fold, punch, staple, bind, etc.)
Check the quality of printed products at each stage of production
Report any technical or supply issues to the supervisor
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with basic equipment maintenance and inspections

Required Qualifications

Secondary school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in printing, production, or manufacturing environment (asset)
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and efficiency
Good speed of execution while maintaining quality
Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods
Ability to safely lift up to 20 kg
Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure well

Working Conditions

Temporary full-time position (approximately 2 to 3 months, 37.5 hours/week)
On site position, easily accessible by public transportation
Schedule: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday to Friday
Possibility of overtime on some weekends
Full training provided on printing equipment
Stimulating work environment focused on quality, collaboration, and precision

Sommaire du poste

Nous recherchons des commis à l'impression motivés et rigoureux pour soutenir notre équipe de production. La personne choisie jouera un rôle clé dans la préparation, l'approvisionnement et la finition des produits photo, en assurant la qualité et la fluidité des opérations au sein du service d'impression.

Tâches et responsabilités

Approvisionner les machines d'impression avec le matériel requis
Alimenter les équipements en produits imprimés (assembleuse automatique, perforeuse, trancheuse, plieuse, etc.)
Assister les opérateurs lors de la mise en train et du réglage des machines d’impression selon les procédures établies
Participer à la production de calendriers et autres produits photo
Opérer diverses machines de finition (assembler, coller, découper, plier, perforer, brocher, relier, etc.)
Vérifier la qualité des produits imprimés à chaque étape de production
Signaler au superviseur tout problème technique ou d'approvisionnement
Contribuer à maintenir un environnement de travail propre, ordonné et sécuritaire
Participer à l'entretien et aux vérifications de base des équipements

Qualifications requises

Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent
Au moins 1 an d'expérience en impression, production ou environnement manufacturier (atout)
Grande minutie et souci du travail bien fait
Capacité à effectuer des tâches répétitives avec constance et efficacité
Bonne rapidité d'exécution tout en maintenant la qualité
Bonne condition physique et aptitude à travailler debout pendant de longues périodes
Capacité à soulever des charges jusqu'à 20kg de manière sécuritaire
Attitude positive et capacité à bien gérer la pression

Conditions de travail

Poste temporaire à temps plein (environ 2 à 3 mois, 37,5h/semaine)
Poste en présentiel, facilement accessible en transports en commun
Horaire: 15h à 23h, du lundi au vendredi
Possibilité de temps supplémentaire certaines fins de semaine
Formation complète offerte sur nos machines d'impression
