This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in transactional finance who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and building effective working relationships in a collaborative, international environment.

- Prepare aged debtor reports and escalate overdue or high-risk accounts where necessary.
Accounts Payable
- Process supplier invoices and manage company credit card transactions, ensuring accurate coding, reconciliations and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and execute payment runs in line with company policies and payment terms.
- Maintain accurate supplier records and investigate and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
Banking and Financial Administration
- Complete regular bank reconciliations across US and Canadian accounts, investigating and resolving variances.
- Maintain accurate financial records within NetSuite.

- Act as a key point of contact for customer account queries, providing timely and professional support.
- Respond to internal and external financial enquiries, resolving issues clearly and efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with Finance, Sales, People & Culture and Operations to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of day-to-day operations.
What You'll Bring
- At least three years' experience in a similar finance or accounting role, covering both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce, or similar financial and CRM systems.
- Demonstrable experience in debt collection, credit control and managing outstanding customer balances.
- Experience processing high volumes of financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- A good understanding of accounting principles, financial controls and account reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confident communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and handle financial queries professionally.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to investigate discrepancies, resolve issues and take ownership of your work.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across different teams and regions.
- Experience supporting finance operations across both the United States and Canada would be advantageous.
Why Join Us?
You'll be joining a collaborative Finance team where your contribution will help support the smooth running of our North American operations.
