Responsibilities
Evaluate daily operations and department performance, plan schedules and operational changes, and supervise and train a team of 16–20 people. Manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee vehicle and goods scheduling and dispatch, and maintain inventory and transportation records.
Requirements
Requires a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a one- to two-year program, along with 1 to less than 2 years of experience. Fleet management experience, a valid driver's licence, willingness to travel, and strong organizational, communication, accuracy, and teamwork skills are indicated.
