Company Description 403Tech Inc. is a Calgary-based IT solutions provider focused on supporting small and medium-sized businesses. The company helps organizations use technology more efficiently and securely, allowing them to concentrate on core priorities rather than IT concerns. 403Tech delivers managed IT services, managed security, backup and disaster recovery, digital transformation, Microsoft 365 support, and security awareness training. Team members work with clients to reduce risk, improve reliability, and modernize their technology environments.
Role Description The Onsite Support Analyst is a full-time role based on-site in Calgary, AB, providing hands-on technical support to small and medium-sized business clients. This role includes diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, setting up and maintaining workstations and peripheral devices, and supporting Microsoft 365 and other core business applications. The analyst will respond to service requests, document issues and resolutions, escalate complex problems when needed, and collaborate with the wider support team. Daily work also involves communicating clearly with clients, managing priorities, and contributing to a secure, stable IT environment aligned with 403Tech’s managed services offerings.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network environments.
Candidates should possess Customer Support and Customer Service skills, including clear communication and a client-focused approach.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, interpret technical information, and recommend effective solutions.
Relevant experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common business applications in small and medium-sized business environments.
Understanding of basic networking concepts, security best practices, and backup and recovery procedures.
Ability to work on-site, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced support environment.
Post-secondary education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft) are an asset.
