✨ Be the Reason Every Show Comes Home Complete
Every piece of furniture, scenic build, and tool that leaves our warehouse for a major event has to come back accounted for, checked, and logged correctly. That's where you come in. As our Warehouse Inventory Coordinator, you'll be the person who makes sure nothing goes missing, every asset is event-ready, and our records are sharp enough to trust.
You'll be right in the middle of our busiest moments, from load-in to load-out, leading the warehouse team and keeping every event on track. If you love getting into the details, enjoy leading people, and take real pride in getting things right, you'll find ownership, variety, and plenty of room to grow here.
📊 What You'll Own
- Check-in champion: Verify every returning asset against the event list and flag missing or mismatched items to the project lead right away.
- Quality call-maker: Inspect incoming furniture and assets, decide whether each is event-ready, needs repair, or should be retired, and document issues with photos and notes.
- Keeper of the data: Keep the inventory Google Sheet accurate with counts, locations, status, and photos for power tools, infrastructure, expendables, and fabrics.
- New arrivals, locked in: Log furniture, assets, and scenic builds on arrival, including descriptions, photos, tags, locations, and full component breakdowns for builds.
- Purchase-to-receiving pro: Track orders through the company purchase tracker and reconcile received goods against purchase orders.
- Pattern spotter: Create loss and damage reports and share insights that improve purchasing and handling.
- Team leader: Coordinate with the warehouse foreman, delegate during high-volume load-in and load-out periods, and train new team members on inventory standards.
- Annual count architect: Plan and run the full physical inventory, resolve discrepancies, and report results to management.
🧱 The Foundation You Already Have
You bring a detail-driven, organized approach and you've led a small team before. You know how to keep people focused when the pace picks up, and you're comfortable working independently when it's needed. You'll also bring:
- Supervisory experience, with a proven ability to lead and direct a small team
- Comfort in Google Sheets, including basic formulas, data entry, sorting, filtering, and uploading images
- Familiarity with power tools, event infrastructure, expendables, or fabrics (or a strong willingness to learn)
- Basic understanding of cost and budget concepts, or a genuine interest in learning them
- Clear communication with Project Managers, producers, and warehouse staff, in person and by phone
- The ability to juggle multiple incoming and outgoing shipments at once
👍 Bonus Points If You Have These
- Prior warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience
- Experience with purchase order tracking or procurement processes
