Execute assigned purchasing activities within delegated authority, including reviewing replenishment requirements, issuing purchase orders, monitoring supplier commitments, and resolving delivery and service exceptions.

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of departmental and organizational objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION: High School/GED - post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is considered an asset.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and accuracy when processing data, reviewing reports, and performing transactional activities.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues appropriately based on operational or financial risk.

Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to identifying process efficiencies and enhancing operational effectiveness.
