Location: Vancouver, BC*

Salary: $70K-100K CAD annually

Level: Mid-Senior Level / Full-Time

*Must be able to commute to the Vancouver office a few days a week.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial A&R who loves discovering music, building relationships, and getting artists excited about what we're doing.

At 7Cult, you won't just be finding and signing artists. You'll be joining a team with the tools, insights, and marketing capabilities to help the artists you believe in find and grow their audiences.

You'll have a real voice in the artists we sign and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a growing label.

What You'll Do

• Discover and pursue exciting emerging artists and music.
• Build strong relationships with artists, managers, and industry professionals.
• Communicate what makes 7Cult different and get people excited about partnering with us.
• Pitch opportunities, negotiate, and help close signings.
• Collaborate with our team on artist development and audience growth.

• A natural connector who builds trust and generates excitement.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and motivated to make things happen.
• Strong understanding of today's music landscape and how artists connect with audiences.
• Persuasive, resourceful, and comfortable pitching and closing opportunities.
• Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and gets results.
• Music industry experience and existing relationships are a plus.
