Position Title: Marketing & Growth Specialist

Salary Range: $47,000 to $55,000 annually
About the Role 88West Realty is seeking an ambitious, detail-driven Marketing & Growth Manager to support our in-bound/out-bound brand positioning, media presence, and growth initiatives across Metro Vancouver.
We're looking for a proactive team member who can bridge brand strategy, communications, project and events coordination, and CRM management. You will help shape our brand messaging, manage our CRM, and plan and implement marketing projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & PR Support: Assist in developing data-driven sales and PR campaigns and communications that position 88West Realty as a market leader across the Lower Mainland.
- Project & Communications Coordination: Support marketing campaigns, lunch and learns, webinars, seminars, and corporate events from concept to completion, managing internal and external communications.
- CRM & Website Management: Manage CRM workflows, lead sequences, and routine website updates. Curiosity about AI tools and comfort using them to solve marketing problems is a plus.
- Creative Production: Support high-quality media creation including graphic design, video production, email marketing, newsletters, and property collaterals.
- Performance & Growth Tracking: Take primary ownership of:
- Lead generation volume and quality
- Lead-to-client conversion rates
And support tracking on:
- Campaign performance against set benchmarks
- Brand growth (social/web engagement, market visibility)
- Marketing ROI across campaigns and channels
Who You Are
- Growth-Minded: A track record of contributing to a company's growth, brand visibility, and managing multiple projects at once.
- CRM Savvy: Proficiency with GoHighLevel (GHL), and CRM workflows.
- Website Modifier: Comfortable making straightforward, routine website updates.
- Creative & Communicator: Experience producing bi-weekly newsletters; skilled in content creation (Adobe Creative Suite/Canva), video editing, copy editing, and PR messaging.
- Execution-Minded: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing real estate deadlines independently.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Background in real estate or property marketing is a strong asset.
- AI Competency: Fluency and hands-on comfort with AI is required.
- Education: University degree and relevant professional certificates are an asset.
- Excellent Command of English: Fluency in English is mandatory.
