GW Policy with Rating testing personal lines

JD:
- We need someone very strong in PC and rating, with an ability to lead team as well (80% hands on + 20% leadership experience).
Must have:
- 5+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in software testing as a senior team member.
- 5+ years proven experience in GW PolicyCenter within Config and rating testing.
- 5+ years of experience in the P&C Insurance Industry (Auto and Property LOB).
- Strong knowledge and understanding of policy life cycle in GW and respective transactions like New Submission, Policy Change, Renewals, Cancellations, Reinstatement, Rewrite etc.
- Ability to meet timelines and perform effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities
Perform hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and rating testing for personal lines insurance. Contribute to team leadership while meeting project timelines and working effectively under pressure.
Requirements
Requires at least five years of senior-level software testing experience, including five years of Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and rating testing. Candidates must also have at least five years of property and casualty insurance experience, particularly in auto and property lines, and understand the Guidewire policy lifecycle and its transactions.
