You will also play a central role in incident analysis by conducting root cause analyses that incorporate human and organizational factors, and by ensuring the deployment of effective and sustainable corrective actions.

Through your leadership and influencing skills, you will support teams in proactively identifying risks and adopting best practices, contributing to a tangible reduction in risks and sustained improvement in HSE performance.

  • Support managers and supervisors in understanding their legal and organizational HSE responsibilities, and in integrating best practices in ergonomics and prevention
  • Facilitate risk assessments (including ergonomic risks), ensure follow-up on action plans, and guarantee effective implementation of corrective measures
  • Ensure the availability and proper use of safety equipment and tools, while identifying training needs related to ergonomic and operational risks
