Your Role: Own the Challenge
- Collaborating with various teams to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.
- Utilizing understanding of customers' needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers, ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with customer requirements.
- Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.
- Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.
What It Takes To Run What Runs The World
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s of engineering program.
- French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
- 0-2 years related experience.
- Must have a sense of urgency and be able to communicate with customers in emergency situations.
- Good technical knowledge in the project field; an asset.
- Proactive, Result-oriented, Ability in managing several tasks; Flexibility, Tact and diplomacy.
- Abilities to conduct meetings and make presentations.
- AI experience preferably Copilot
- Report generation and automation for different needs
- SAP transactions
- Order entry
- Assisting project managers as required

Responsibilities
Coordinate with teams to support operations and complete projects within defined timelines, while identifying solutions that meet customer requirements. Participate in collaborative meetings, support project managers, and use feedback to improve performance and skills.
Requirements
Applicants must be enrolled in a bachelor's engineering program and have 0–2 years of related experience; French and English are required. The role also calls for technical knowledge in the project field, urgency in customer emergencies, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, conduct meetings, and give presentations; experience with Copilot is preferred.
