Job Profile Summary

Responsible for driving the sales of products, systems, and services within the OEM and Panel Shop market segment, aligned with the division’s strategic objectives. Accountable for achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to deliver sustainable growth in orders, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Proactively identifies, develops, and converts new business opportunities while strengthening and expanding relationships with existing customers.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with a deep understanding of sales processes, account management, and market dynamics. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to develop and execute sales strategies, influence key stakeholders, drive business growth, and consistently achieve or exceed revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

Drive the sales of ABB products, systems, and services within the OEM and Panel Shop market segment, achieving assigned revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding business needs and providing value-added solutions from ABB’s complete portfolio.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales cycle, from opportunity identification through order fulfillment.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans, maintaining an accurate pipeline and sales forecast using ABB-approved tools and processes.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and drive sustainable growth within the assigned territory.
Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, contracts, and commercial agreements to achieve successful and profitable business outcomes.
Communicate ABB’s value proposition, product offerings, delivery schedules, pricing, and commercial terms to customers in alignment with company strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are technically sound, commercially competitive, and aligned with customer requirements.
Manage sales administration activities, support cash collection efforts, and monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience in the Electrical field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performing teams.
Strong understanding OEM, integrators and panel shop markets in Western Canada.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
(Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred).
