Responsibilities
Welcome guests and create a positive first impression, check them in, assist with their needs during their stay, and accurately settle their accounts at departure. Manage the hotel lobby and respond steadily to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Applicants must be available on weekends and holidays and bring a fun-loving, friendly, and conversational approach. The role calls for technology proficiency, multitasking under pressure, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills; customer service, receptionist, hospitality, tourism, or retail experience is beneficial.
