Laundry Attendant
Tofino, BC Full-time $19.50-$23.00/hour
Hotel Zed Tofino is currently looking for a Laundry Attendant to join our dynamic, totally unique, and rebellious team.

As a Likable Laundry Attendant, you are detail oriented to make sure that each sheet and towel is spotlessly clean, folded, sorted, and ready on time for the Room Attendants to prepare the rooms for our guests. You strive for higher efficiency and standards. You value the environment and help us lower our footprint by ensuring that the machines are working at top efficiency. You spot any tears or permanent stains and help us give back by sorting the linens for donation.
You are happy working on your own and managing your progress, but you also value your teammates and clear communication. You help the hotel provide top notch service for every guest with a clean and comfy bed.

Responsibilities
Wash, inspect, sort, and fold sheets and towels to ensure they are clean and ready on time for room attendants. Monitor laundry equipment for efficient operation, identify damaged or permanently stained linens for donation, and communicate effectively with teammates.
Requirements
The role calls for attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and comfort with a routine, physically demanding job. Applicants must be able to lift and push heavy loads and should have a positive, flexible attitude.
