The Rebel Role
As a Nocturnal Night Auditor, you are the night-time Guest Services Agent and you look after guest services, bookkeeping, security, and so many other things.
- You are a night-owl who loves to be awake and alive while the world is sleeping.
- You are our first impression for guests checking in late at night and the lasting impression for early departures.
- You greet each guest with a smile and manage guest complaints about noise, room conditions, or anything else we can help them with.
- You problem solve and have a great sense of humour.
- You love to work alone but value your teammates and communication.
- You have an eye for detail and look for ways to go above and beyond to make guests' experiences top notch.
- Available for overnight (11pm - 7am) shifts/4 days a week (3 shifts at Zed + 1 shift at Accent Inns)
- Available to work at our cousin property Accent Inns (3233 Maple St, Victoria, BC)

Responsibilities
Provide overnight guest services, including welcoming late arrivals, assisting early departures, and resolving complaints about noise, room conditions, or other concerns. Handle night audit bookkeeping and security duties while communicating with teammates and ensuring guests have a positive experience.
Requirements
Must be available for overnight shifts from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., four days per week, including one shift at Accent Inns in Victoria. The posting seeks a personable, tech-savvy, detail-oriented problem solver who can multitask calmly; front desk experience is preferred.
