You Are
You are a hands-on full stack developer with strong software and cloud engineering fundamentals who uses AI effectively to build applications and accelerate delivery. You apply AI coding assistants and agents throughout the software development lifecycle while maintaining quality, security, testing discipline, and human oversight.
You can independently deliver meaningful parts of an AI-enabled solution from design through build and run. You are comfortable creating and tailoring skills, agents, and subagents for your own work or your team’s needs, and you adapt as AI development tools and practices evolve.
The Work
You will work directly with clients to define use cases, rapidly prototype, and deliver secure, scalable AI-enabled applications in complex enterprise environments. You will combine strong full stack and cloud engineering with AI-native development practices, integrating solutions across client systems and ecosystem partners.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and enhance full stack applications and distributed software components using modern engineering practices.
- Help our clients adopt agentic AI- SLDC, by building harnesses and agents to automate much of the SLDC.
- Use current AI-native development tools, including coding assistants, command-line tools, and agent modes, across requirements, design, code generation, testing, code review, documentation, and delivery.
- Create and customize skills, agents, and subagents to automate or improve day-to-day software engineering tasks and team workflows.
- Integrate AI capabilities into applications through LLM APIs, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt and context engineering, and agent workflows where appropriate.
- Apply strong software engineering standards for code quality, security, testing, observability, documentation, and responsible use of AI-generated outputs.
- Deliver scalable cloud-native systems using APIs, microservices, containers, Kubernetes, serverless or event-driven patterns, CI/CD, and observability.
- Participate in design workshops, proofs of concept, and code-with sessions to shape solutions and build stakeholder confidence.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience building and shipping full stack or cloud-native systems.
- Strong software engineering and cloud engineering foundations, with experience building and shipping scalable applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on full stack development experience using modern front-end and back-end technologies, such as React or Angular and Node.js, Python, Java, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated fluency with current AI-native development tools and agent modes across design, coding, testing, code review, documentation, and delivery, with the adaptability to learn new tools as the ecosystem evolves.
- Ability to create and customize skills, agents, and subagents that support day-to-day engineering work and improve team delivery.
- Experience with cloud-native delivery practices, including containers, Kubernetes, serverless or event-driven patterns, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and debugging.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into applications, including LLM integration, prompt and context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, or agent workflows.
- Strong client-facing communication and the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into working software.
- English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our North America Market. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

- Eligibility for Reliability Clearance.
- Experience building production-grade agentic applications, including evaluation, observability, guardrails, and FinOps for agents.
- Knowledge of data management, ontologies, knowledge management, context engineering, loop engineering, or graph engineering.
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks, multi-agent patterns, evaluation harnesses, LLM-as-judge approaches, golden datasets, or precision and recall scoring.
- Experience with open-source plugins or specification-driven development frameworks.
- Machine learning experience or relevant AI certifications.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below. The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill a brand new position. The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
