You thrive in large, competitive pursuits where success depends on strategic deal shaping, executive storytelling, commercial innovation, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to create compelling business outcomes for clients.

The Work:

Lead strategic sales pursuits for large-scale Contact Center Transformation, Customer Service, and Intelligent Operations opportunities.
Own and achieve a sales quota through the successful capture and closure of complex transformation engagements.
Develop pursuit strategies that clearly differentiate Accenture Song and position us for success in competitive environments.
Shape client opportunities by aligning business challenges, customer experience priorities, operational goals, and technology transformation initiatives into compelling transformation roadmaps.
Collaborate across Accenture Song, Technology, Operations, Data & AI, and Industry teams to develop integrated solutions that address client priorities and demonstrate measurable business value.
Craft executive-level narratives and business cases that communicate the strategic, financial, and operational benefits of transformation investments.
Lead opportunity qualification, solution positioning, competitive strategy, and commercial shaping activities throughout the sales lifecycle.
Build trusted relationships with senior executives responsible for customer experience, operations, digital transformation, customer service, and technology strategy.
Facilitate alignment across internal and client stakeholders to advance opportunities and accelerate decision-making.
Create compelling value propositions that highlight Accenture Song's differentiated capabilities in AI-enabled customer engagement, intelligent operations, and customer service transformation.
Guide pursuit teams through proposal development, deal strategy reviews, client presentations, and final negotiations.
Leverage industry trends, AI innovation, and customer experience insights to strengthen Accenture's market positioning and pursuit outcomes.
Travel as required.

Here's What You Need:

Proven experience leading and winning large, complex sales pursuits within a consulting, professional services, or technology services environment.
Demonstrated success carrying and achieving multi-million-dollar sales quotas through the capture and closure of transformational engagements.
Experience shaping large-scale customer experience, contact center, customer service, or operational transformation programs.
Ability to develop compelling executive narratives, client business cases, and differentiated value propositions.
Deep understanding of modern contact center ecosystems, including one or more of the following platforms:
- Genesys
- NICE CXone
- Amazon Connect
- Five9
- Cisco Contact Center
- Microsoft Dynamics Contact Center
Minimum 8 years of enterprise sales, sales capture, business development, or strategic pursuit leadership experience.
Minimum 5 years of quota-carrying experience with annual sales targets of $10M+.
Experience engaging senior client stakeholders and influencing strategic investment decisions.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience leading competitive pursuit teams and large-deal capture efforts exceeding $10M.
Expertise in sales strategy, opportunity shaping, and commercial solution development.
Experience with AI-enabled customer service, GenAI-powered customer engagement, and intelligent operations solutions.
Knowledge of CRM ecosystems including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and ServiceNow.
Strong executive storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes.
Experience developing compelling value propositions, transformation visions, and outcome-based business cases.
Strong pricing, commercial strategy, and competitive positioning experience.
Proven ability to align multidisciplinary teams around a common pursuit vision and winning strategy.
Executive presence and credibility with C-suite decision makers.
Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and influence in complex sales environments.
