We are:

CFO & Enterprise Value, and we partner with Finance executives to drive value across the enterprise. As Finance leaders move into business partner roles, they need processes, technology and people to help drive efficiencies, manage costs, improve profitability, and identify new areas of opportunity. We’ve got the deep industry experience, functional proficiency, insightful analytics, and the digital technology leadership to help our clients reinvent themselves. Whether we are improving processes, transforming the digital core, or harnessing the power of AI, we solve our clients’ toughest problems. Visit us here to find out more about CFO-Enterprise Value.

You are:

You are a recognized leader in finance transformation with a passion for helping organizations navigate complex business challenges and deliver lasting value. You thrive at the intersection of business strategy, finance, and technology, partnering with senior executives to modernize finance functions through innovative operating models, data, AI, and digital technologies. You are energized by building high-performing teams, developing trusted client relationships, and growing Accenture's Finance Transformation practice through exceptional client delivery, thought leadership, and business development.

The work:

Lead finance transformation engagements by helping clients modernize their finance functions, define strategic objectives, prioritize initiatives, and develop actionable transformation roadmaps.
Drive the growth of our CFO & EV team by strengthening relationships with CFOs and senior finance personnel, developing top talent, and shaping/delivering business development opportunities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior executives, bringing deep finance transformation expertise to solve complex business challenges and shape long-term transformation strategies.
Help clients unlock greater business value by transforming finance data, analytics, planning, performance management, and reporting capabilities to enable better decision-making and support enterprise-wide digital transformation.
Design future-state finance capabilities that harness generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and transform end-to-end finance processes.
Lead the full lifecycle of client engagements, from opportunity shaping and proposal development through delivery, while managing project economics, engagement risk, executive stakeholder relationships, and client satisfaction.
Develop, mentor, and inspire high-performing consulting teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Here’s what you need:

Minimum 8 years of finance and/or management consulting experience with a specific focus on finance transformation.
Minimum 8 years’ experience with finance functions (analytics, forecasting, core finance), including operating models, organization structures, and process redesign
Minimum 5 years working with Canadian organizations in Banking, Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Natural Resources, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Health, or Public Sector.
Minimum 5 years leading large, multidisciplinary consulting engagements and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of emerging AI capabilities and their application across finance transformation, operating models, and enterprise technology.
