We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer with 2+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying defects, ensuring software quality, and collaborating with development teams to deliver reliable applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Identify, document, track, and report software defects.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues.
- Prepare test plans, test reports, and other QA documentation.
- Perform API testing and database validation as required.
- Ensure applications meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts and testing methodologies.
- Experience with defect-tracking tools such as Jira or similar.
- Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
