You Are:

A strategic sales and capture leader with a proven ability to shape, position, and win complex Salesforce-powered transformation engagements. As part of Accenture Song's Salesforce Business Group (SFBG), you help organizations unlock growth and transformation by combining customer experience, marketing, sales, service, commerce, data, AI, industry expertise, and Salesforce technologies to create measurable business outcomes. The Work:

Lead strategic sales pursuits for large-scale Salesforce transformation opportunities across industries.

Own and achieve a sales quota through the successful capture and closure of complex business transformation engagements.

Develop and execute pursuit strategies that differentiate Accenture Song and Salesforce Business Group capabilities in competitive sales environments.

Shape opportunities by aligning client business priorities, customer experience goals, digital transformation initiatives, and technology investments into compelling transformation journeys.

Collaborate across Accenture Song, Salesforce Business Group, Technology, Data & AI, Industry, and Cloud First teams to create integrated, outcome-focused solutions.

Deepen and expand strategic relationships with Salesforce field teams, alliance leaders, Industry Cloud specialists, and ecosystem stakeholders to identify opportunities, co-develop solutions, strengthen joint go-to-market strategies, and increase win rates.

Craft executive-level value propositions, transformational visions, and business cases that clearly articulate measurable financial, operational, and customer outcomes.

Lead opportunity strategy, qualification, competitive positioning, commercial shaping, and executive engagement throughout the pursuit lifecycle.

Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders responsible for customer experience, sales effectiveness, customer service, marketing, commerce, and enterprise transformation.

Guide multidisciplinary pursuit teams through solution development, proposal creation, client presentations, deal reviews, and final negotiations.

Position Accenture Song and Salesforce as trusted transformation partners capable of helping organizations maximize the value of Salesforce investments while accelerating growth, efficiency, innovation, customer relevance, and industry-specific business outcomes.

Leverage market trends, AI innovation, industry expertise, Salesforce Industry Cloud solutions, and Salesforce platform capabilities to strengthen pursuit strategies and enhance win rates.

Travel as required.

Here's What You Need:

Proven experience leading and winning large, complex sales pursuits within professional services, consulting, cloud services, or technology transformation environments.

Demonstrated success carrying and achieving multi-million-dollar sales quotas through the capture and closure of transformational engagements.

Strong experience shaping enterprise-wide Salesforce transformation programs and developing differentiated pursuit strategies.

Ability to create compelling executive narratives, transformation visions, and value-based business cases.

Deep understanding of one or more Salesforce capabilities, including:

Minimum 8 years of enterprise sales, sales capture, strategic pursuit, or business development leadership experience.

Minimum 5 years of quota-carrying experience with annual sales targets of $10M+.

Experience engaging executive stakeholders and influencing large-scale transformation decisions.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience leading large, strategic Salesforce pursuits exceeding $10M in contract value.

Expertise in opportunity shaping, competitive positioning, commercial strategy, and deal structuring.

Experience integrating Salesforce, Data & AI, customer experience, industry-specific solutions, and digital transformation capabilities into compelling client solutions.

Strong executive storytelling skills with the ability to translate technology investments into measurable business outcomes.

Experience developing transformational value propositions and future-state operating models.

Knowledge of Agentforce, Generative AI, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled customer engagement solutions.

Experience selling managed services, outcome-based engagements, and long-term transformation programs.

Strong pricing, commercial modeling, and complex negotiation capabilities.

Proven ability to align diverse teams around a shared pursuit strategy and winning vision.

Executive presence with demonstrated success engaging C-suite and senior business leaders.

Experience partnering with Salesforce account teams, alliance leaders, industry specialists, and executive stakeholders to develop joint sales strategies and drive large-scale transformation opportunities.

Demonstrated success growing strategic Salesforce relationships and leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem to enhance opportunity shaping, executive engagement, and pursuit outcomes.

Experience working with Salesforce Industry Clouds to deliver industry-specific transformation programs and business value.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,

role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time

employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
