About Access Roadside Assistance

Access Roadside Assistance is a roadside support provider offering 24/7/365 assistance across Canada and the U.S. Founded in 1997, Access has long-standing experience providing roadside solutions for individual members, organizations, fleets, brokers, dealerships, and insurance partners.

Our services include towing, battery boosts, flat-tire assistance, lockouts, fuel delivery, and other roadside support. We work with a range of partners to develop customizable programs that meet their specific needs while providing reliable coverage and efficient service.

About the Role

Access Roadside Assistance is looking for an experienced B2B Business Development & Partnerships Manager to help grow our commercial partnerships across Canada and the U.S.

This is a hands-on sales and relationship-building role for someone who understands how to identify opportunities, reach decision-makers, build relationships, and close long-term B2B partnerships.

You will be responsible for developing new business with organizations, insurance companies and brokers, automotive dealerships, fleets, transportation companies, associations, and other potential partners, while also helping maintain and grow existing commercial relationships.

What You’ll Do

Identify, research, and pursue new B2B partnership opportunities.
Prospect and connect with key decision-makers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
Build relationships with dealerships, insurance companies, brokers, fleets, transportation companies, associations, and other organizations.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospective partners’ needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
Present Access Roadside Assistance’s products, services, and partnership solutions to prospective clients.
Manage the sales process from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Develop strategic partnerships that generate recurring business and long-term value.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing commercial partners.
Collaborate with Access management and internal teams on pricing, proposals, onboarding, and partnership strategy.
Track opportunities, maintain an accurate sales pipeline, and provide regular updates on activity and results.
Monitor industry and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Contribute to the development and growth of Access’s B2B programs.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a sales professional with strong B2B business development experience who is comfortable taking initiative, building relationships, and managing the sales process from prospecting through closing.

Experience in one or more of the following industries is strongly preferred:

Insurance or insurance brokerage
Automotive or automotive dealerships
Fleet, transportation, or trucking
Roadside assistance
Warranty or vehicle protection products
Automotive finance
Corporate or enterprise B2B services

Qualifications

Proven B2B sales, business development, or account management experience.
Strong prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with cold outreach, phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods.
Able to identify decision-makers and develop relationships at multiple levels of an organization.
Able to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and remain accountable for results.
Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity records.
Comfortable using CRM systems, productivity software, and basic sales reporting tools.
Existing relationships or a professional network within the insurance, automotive, dealership, fleet, or transportation industries would be a major asset.
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is an asset; equivalent experience will also be considered.
Must be able to work on-site in Langley, BC.

Compensation

Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience

+ Commission based on new business generated

Our commission structure is designed to strongly reward successful new partnerships and revenue growth.

Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, industry events, and partnership opportunities. All approved business-related travel expenses will be covered by Access Roadside Assistance.
