ACCIONA is a global company, leading in the development of regenerative infrastructure that creates a positive impact on society. Our workforce consists of more than 65,000 professionals, present in more than 40 countries across the five continents, all contributing in our mission to design a better planet. Are you a passionate individual who wants to make a difference, promote sustainable development, and find solutions to the biggest global challenges including climate change, overpopulation, and water scarcity? We have successfully delivered large infrastructure projects across Canada since 2001. The Senior Human Resources Manager is a key role within the Canadian HR team, working closely with the Vice President, Human Resources to help lead and deliver people priorities across ACCIONA’s Construction business in Canada.

With a strong focus on talent and HR operations, this role requires an approachable and versatile HR professional who can move comfortably between strategic priorities, leadership, and hands-on operational work. They will take ownership of key areas, support and guide the HR team, and remain close to employees and the day-to-day realities of our projects and organization.
Success in this role means understanding both our people and ACCIONA - helping employees succeed, grow, and feel connected to the broader organization while supporting ACCIONA’s goals in an environment that is continually evolving. The role requires flexibility, sound judgment and a willingness to step in wherever needed.

Created to support the continued growth of the organization and HR function, the role will continue to evolve alongside the needs of our people and ACCIONA.

The role is based in-office in Toronto, close to Pearson Airport, with regular visits to project sites across the GTA, and may include periodic travel within Canada and limited international travel.
