Position Summary
We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain enterprise-grade applications across our Java and modern frontend stack. This is a hands-on development role: you’ll write code across the full stack, from APIs and integrations to user interfaces, and work closely with your Team Lead and cross-functional partners to deliver secure, reliable solutions. You’ll also bring strong, practical AI skills, using AI coding assistants and agents every day to design, build, test, and ship. It’s a great fit for a developer who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments and enjoys learning from and helping teammates.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain features across the full stack using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and React.
- Work hands-on with AI coding assistants and agents in your daily development, from implementation through testing, code review, and debugging.
- Build and integrate RESTful and SOAP-based services, including modern authentication (SAML, PingFederate).
- Write automated unit and integration tests for the functionality you develop.
- Document and test APIs using Postman and Swagger.
- Turn business requirements into clean, secure, and maintainable code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, staging, and production.
- Contribute to code reviews, technical design discussions, and team best practices, including how the team uses AI tools.
- Collaborate with your Team Lead and cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments.
What success looks like
- Delivery: you consistently ship well-tested features that meet requirements and land on time
- Code quality: your code is clean, secure, and maintainable, and holds up well in code review
- AI-assisted development: you use AI coding tools and agents effectively and safely, and share what works with the team
- Testing: automated unit and integration tests cover the functionality you build
- API quality: the APIs you build are well documented and tested through Postman and Swagger
- Stability: you help identify and resolve issues across development, staging, and production
Required Skills, Education, and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in full stack application development

You should be able to demonstrate this live, with real examples of how it has made you more effective
- Good judgment on AI output: knowing when to trust it, how to verify it, and how to keep code quality, security, and maintainability high
- Solid proficiency in Java and the Spring / Spring Boot framework
- Experience with Angular or React.js, plus JavaScript and Node.js
- Experience with REST, JSON, GraphQL, and SOAP integrations
- Hands-on experience with AWS, including EC2, S3, SNS, Secrets Manager, and Cognito

- Experience with API design and testing (Postman, Swagger) and testing automation, including automated unit and integration tests
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
