Responsibilities
Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on safety training and operator certification for customers, and maintain accurate training and certification records. Partner with sales and operations teams to grow training opportunities, mentor evaluators and trainers, and advise customers and employees on safe equipment operation and industry practices.
Requirements
Requires at least five years of relevant experience and hands-on heavy equipment experience, including certifications involving MEWPs, forklifts, and earth-moving equipment. Candidates should understand safety standards and adult learning principles, have experience delivering instructor-led training, be customer-focused and organized, and be willing to travel; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.
