Responsibilities
Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on safety training and equipment operator certification to customers, and maintain accurate training and certification records. Partner with sales and operations teams to grow training opportunities, mentor evaluators and trainers, and advise customers and employees on safe equipment operation and industry practices.
Requirements
Requires at least five years of relevant experience and hands-on heavy equipment experience, including certifications for equipment such as MEWPs, forklifts, and earth-moving equipment. Candidates need knowledge of safety standards, instructor-led training and adult learning, strong customer and organizational skills, and the ability to travel; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
