ACENSI is looking for a Cyber Project Manager for one of their client in the energy sector based in Bucharest :
The Cyber Project Manager Is Responsible For The Following
- Ensure & Follow-up project progress (governance, planning, actions plan, risks management, changes, …)
- Ensure the staffing among the cyber team
- Ensure respect of deadlines and better reactivity and priorities
- Prepare transition between project and production with TMA teams
- Synchronize all project participants
- Control KPI : deadline, quality, budget
Academic background & Experience
The Cyber program Manager has significant experience in the field of cybersecurity services and has all the necessary skills to effectively communicate the cybersecurity objectives of the stream.
This position requires a good knowledge of cybersecurity domains.
- One or more qualifications in the field of cybersecurity.
- One or more qualifications in the field of Project Management.
- Cybersecurity certifications are a strong advantage.
- 5+ years professional IT and project management experience
- Comfortable with security solutions.
- Knowledge and experience in the field of Data Security.
- Participate in committees.
- Manage projects and report about it.
- Continuously improve the service provided and report to the stream sponsor.
- Support the stream support in the preparation of committees.
- Provide reporting according to performance and security dashboards.
- Team Project Management
- Good knowledge of information security concepts and technologies.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strongly organized
- Ability to prioritize requests to manage
- Ability to find innovative solutions
- Ability to monitor Project progress; budget, staffing, deadline, quality
- Communication & Fluent in English

Responsibilities
Oversee cybersecurity project progress, governance, planning, risks, changes, staffing, deadlines, and priorities, while coordinating project participants and preparing the transition to production with TMA teams. Monitor project KPIs for deadlines, quality, and budget, and provide performance and security reporting to stakeholders and committees.
Requirements
Requires at least five years of professional IT and project management experience, knowledge of cybersecurity domains and information security technologies, and experience with data security and security solutions. Project management and cybersecurity qualifications are expected, with cybersecurity certifications considered a strong advantage; excellent communication, organization, time management, and prioritization skills are also required.
