Job Role : INFRASTRUCTURE Automation Test Engineer with Python
Location : Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Experience: 06 – 10 years of experience
Job Type : Full time Permanent
Salary range : CAD $ 100 K/Year Base +Benifts
"Skills and Responsibilities:
- Strong Python skills for automation and tooling
- Experience interacting with various API endpoints and protocols
- Basic understanding of design principles of large scale systems for both software and hardware
- Willingness to research, be curious and propose solutions.
- Hands-on experience with NetBox or an equivalent DCIM or IPAM system, ideally including data modelling and API integration CI/CD pipeline experience, Jenkins preferred
- Working knowledge of Bash and Linux
- Practical familiarity with data center hardware and networking equipment including servers, switches, structured cabling, cross-connects, power distribution - enough to model it correctly and specify work against itComfort owning a system end to end.
- Ability to work effectively with remote execution partners across time zonesNice to have
- Experience in a colocation or multi-site estate.
- Exposure to latency-sensitive infrastructure Infrastructure-as-code tooling such as Ansible or Terraform
- Experience with hardware lifecycle, asset management, or procurement workflows
- Background in a regulated environment with formal change management and audit requirements including Disaster Recovery."

Responsibilities
Develop Python-based automation and tooling, integrate with APIs, and work with NetBox or equivalent DCIM/IPAM systems, including data modeling. Own systems end to end and coordinate infrastructure work with remote execution partners across time zones.
Requirements
Requires 6–10 years of experience, strong Python automation skills, API experience, and working knowledge of Bash and Linux. Candidates should understand data center hardware and networking, and have experience with DCIM/IPAM systems and CI/CD; Ansible or Terraform experience is a plus.
