Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quadient Developer with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in the Quadient Inspire platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Scalar, with experience designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining dynamic customer communication templates and document workflows.
The candidate will work closely with Business Analysts, stakeholders, QA teams, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality communication solutions while ensuring compliance with branding, regulatory, and accessibility standards.
Key Responsibilities
•
Design, develop, and maintain dynamic communication templates using Quadient Inspire Designer.
•
Develop and configure solutions using Quadient Inspire Interactive and Scalar components.
•
Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions within the Quadient Inspire platform.
•
Design complex document layouts, compositions, templates, and communication workflows.
•
Integrate data sources and implement data-driven document generation and automation.
•
Configure and manage output management across required channels and formats.
•
Optimize existing Quadient templates, workflows, and document-generation processes for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
•
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to templates, data integration, composition, workflows, and output generation.
•
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, stakeholders, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
•
Participate in code/template reviews, testing, debugging, and production support activities.
•
Follow version control, release management, and deployment processes for Quadient applications and artifacts.
•
Ensure communication solutions comply with corporate branding, regulatory, accessibility, and document standards.
•
Support QA teams in validating functional accuracy, document rendering, data integrity, and performance.
•
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Quadient developers.
•
Contribute to continuous improvement of Quadient development standards, reusable components, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications

8–10 years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire.

Experience with deployment and release management of Quadient solutions.
•
Strong troubleshooting and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is an asset.
•
Experience with financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated environments is an asset.
