•Automate build, code validation, testing, and deployment processes to improve release efficiency and reliability.

•Manage Salesforce metadata dependencies, code merges, conflict resolution, and complex deployment challenges.

•Implement quality gates, static code analysis, automated testing, and deployment controls to maintain code quality and platform stability.

•Lead the adoption and implementation of Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, and source-driven development practices.

•Manage sandbox environments, environment synchronization, and release readiness across development, QA, UAT, and production.

•Lead production release planning, deployment execution, rollback strategies, and post-deployment validation.

•Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth release delivery.

•Identify opportunities to improve DevOps automation, operational efficiency, and release-management maturity.

•Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development and DevOps teams.

◦Flosum ◦or similar Salesforce deployment automation platforms.

•Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
