About ACETECH

At ACETECH, we develop technology that helps emergency services operate safely, reliably and efficiently. Our fleet software, in-vehicle technology, asset tracking and monitoring solutions help keep emergency vehicles and equipment available when lives depend on them, so our customers can reach more people who need urgent care.

The opportunity

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our Canadian operations.

This is a hands-on role coordinating orders, inventory, shipments, product returns and routine quality checks. You will help ensure that products are available, records are accurate and customer deliveries stay on track.

You will work closely with the Canadian team on daily operational priorities, supported by our Supply Chain and Quality teams in Ireland. Following established policies and procedures, you will use your initiative to resolve routine issues, flag potential problems early and keep work moving.

This role would suit someone who enjoys practical operational work, takes pride in getting the details right and follows tasks through to completion.

What you will do

  • Process and coordinate orders, checking stock availability and keeping colleagues informed of progress.
  • Arrange and track shipments, working with suppliers, carriers, vehicle builders and installation partners.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, complete stock checks and support inventory audits.
  • Monitor stock levels, identify potential shortages and coordinate replenishment with the Supply Chain team.
  • Carry out routine hardware and pre-shipment checks using approved instructions and checklists.
  • Coordinate product returns, maintain records and refer quality issues to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records, proof of delivery and customs documentation where required.
  • Keep warehouse and storage areas organised and follow company health and safety procedures.
  • Work with commercial, customer support and technical colleagues to coordinate product availability and delivery requirements.
  • Support the planned move to a new facility in 2027, including stock preparation, record updates and transfer activities.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest practical improvements for review.

What you will bring

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory, warehousing, order fulfilment or a similar operational role.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating orders, shipments, stock or product returns.
  • Confidence using ERP, inventory, shipping or order-management systems.
  • Good Excel skills and a careful approach to maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong organisation and the ability to manage several priorities and deadlines.
  • Clear communication and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues, suppliers and logistics partners.
  • The initiative to resolve routine problems and the judgement to recognise when guidance is needed.
  • A willingness to work hands-on with stock, shipments and warehouse activities.
  • Experience with technology hardware, cross-border shipping, customs documentation or routine quality checks would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Why join ACETECH?

You will join a growing Canadian operation where your work will make a visible difference to customer delivery and operational reliability. While you will work with colleagues in Canada you will be part of a global team building your experience across supply chain and logistics, and support technology used by emergency services.

Location and planned move

The role is currently based in Bristol Circle, Oakville, ON L6H 6X5. We expect to relocate to a new facility within a reasonable commuting distance of our current premises in 2027. The new location will be confirmed once arrangements are finalised.

Benefits

  • Dental care
  • Employee assistance program
  • Life insurance
  • On-site parking
